We can all experience periods in life where it can be beneficial with the help of a professional. Perhaps you have considered speaking to a psychologist but are not sure that it is the right approach for you. Speaking to a psychologist might be helpful for you if you can answer yes to one or more of the following questions:

In the sessions we will find ressources and opportunities in your life, at the same time as we will investigate the challenges you are facing. You will get to know yourself better; it will become more clear to you why you think, feel and act the way you do.

 

Through the sessions it will become easier for you to get in touch with what it is you need to do in order to create a more enriching and meaningful life.

I work with a combination of frameworks within the field of psychology: Existential Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy.

 

What these approaches have in common is that it is first and foremost important to understand the individual in a holistic sense – including the person’s life context – to see what is needed to create meaningful changes.

 

You will experience me as curious and sincerely interested in understanding you and your circumstances. I seek to create a room for reflection with presence and care, at the same time as it is inspiring, motivating and action oriented.

I work with three different formats:

 

  • Therapy is for you as an individual – or as a couple – who want to create beneficial changes in your life (/lives).
  • Supervision for psychologists and other professionals.
  • Management consulting for you as a manager who is looking for a facilitating space in which you can grow as a manager with a psychologist by your side.

Since I do not take referrals from the doctor you can book your first session within 1-2 weeks.
